All Hail Queen Julie!

Along with the rest of the polymer clay community, I have long (not so patiently) awaiting the arrival of Julie Picarello’s book ‘Patterns in Polymer’.  Julie is a true master with polymer clay and is an artist I have admired since I first started in my clay journey years ago.  Even more so now, Julie has been such an inspiration to me in my work – now we just need to inspire her to come over to Australia to share her magic with us!!

I thought I’d share with you some of my work that has been inspired by Julie’s new book.  These are all for sale in store.

I’m still here….

It’s been awhile since I’ve updated this blog and for that I do apologise. I have been busy teaching at various locations, looking after my beautiful nephew and of course the dreaded stocktake!! A HUGE thank you to Karen and Emily for helping me out with this. What seemed like a massive, boring job actually wasn’t too bad. I’m now updating the website with all new stock information, photos etc. which will hopefully make it easier to navigate.

I have also just listed a Specials category where all our….yep, you guessed it, Specials will go. This may be ongoing specials or just ‘one off’ specials so be quick as they won’t last.

Finally I will be updating the website with lower pricing on a lot of items and also more quantity discounts. Hopefully this will be done within the next few weeks.

Better get back to it!
