Shipping:

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Our shipping is calculated on the total weight of your parcel and our system is connected to Australia Post so you are charged actual Australia Post shipping costs. We will always try and ship via the most efficient method possible and for this reason the majority of our parcels are shipped via pre-paid satchels. You can view the costs of these on the Australia Post website.

Please note: If your order is small and we can fit it through as a large letter (ie. earring blanks, findings etc.) we will do so but will contact you first. Any extra postage paid during checkout will be refunded.
Please note, there is no tracking on this option.

We pride ourselves on our quick turn around time and aim to have all orders shipped within 24hrs of payment being made. Orders are shipped each and every day and on most days we do postal runs twice a day. Please note: your order will not ship until payment has cleared. This may take up to 3 days with bank transfers.

During checkout you will have several shipping options to choose from:

  • Economy Post - not insured but now has limited tracking available. See Australia Post website for details. Delivery usually between 1-5 days depending on your location. 
  • Express Post - not insured but can be tracked. Next day delivery within Express Post network (please check Australia Post website to see this network)
  • Registered Post - trackable and insured. Signature required. The safest way to send your parcel. Delivery takes between 1-5 days (same as Economy Post).  Please note: Unless extra insurance is purchased, registered post is only insured for up to $100. If you require extra insurance for your parcel, please let us know in the comments section during checkout and we can arrange it for you.  For more information on registered post please visit the Australia Post website.

Please note: We take every step possible to ensure that your parcel arrives to you safely and within a reasonable amount of time, however we cannot and will not be responsible for lost parcels unless they are registered.

For our international customers, please note that your shipping cost is calculated on the weight of your parcel and includes regular shipping only. If you require you parcel to be shipped via registered mail or priority mail please leave us a note during checkout and we will send you a quote for this. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you may have.

Returns:

We inspect all our products to ensure they are of good quality. We do not sell you products that we would not use ourselves.  Please note, however, the following points:

  • all sizing is approximate and photos are not to scale;
  • please allow for irregularities on some products. For example, Bali and Thai Silver and Artisan pieces are handmade and therefore each piece may differ slightly to another.

If you require specific information about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help you.

If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact us within 7 days of your receiving the parcel. All returns are considered on an individual basis however no returns are considered or accepted 14 days from shipping date. Postage costs cannot be refunded and no money will be refunded until items have been received.

Please note: no exchange on ear hooks due to health regulations. To be considered for return, all products need to be unopened and in original packaging.
