Shipping:
All orders are shipped through Australia Post. Our shipping is calculated on the total weight of your parcel and is based on actual Australia Post shipping costs. We try to charge you actual postal rates.
We pride ourselves on our quick turn around time and aim to have all orders shipped within 24hrs of payment being made. Please note: your order will not ship until payment has cleared. This may take up to 3 days with bank transfers.
During checkout you will have several shipping options to choose from:
- Economy Post - not insured. Delivery usually between 1-5 days depending on your location.
- Express Post - not insured but can be tracked. Next day delivery within Express Post network (please check Australia Post website to see this network)
- Registered Post - trackable and insured. Signature required. The safest way to send your parcel. Delivery takes between 1-5 days (same as Economy Post). For more information on registered post please visit the Australia Post website.
Please note: We take every step possible to ensure that your parcel arrives to you safely and within a reasonable amount of time, however we cannot and will not be responsible for lost parcels that have not been registered.
If your parcel has been registered and has not arrived, please contact us and we will follow the appropriate steps towards tracing it and, if need be, claiming insurance and refunding your monies.
Returns:
We inspect all our products to ensure they are of good quality. We do not sell you products that we would not use ourselves. Please note, however, the following points:
- all sizing is approximate and photos are not to scale;
- please allow for irregularities on some products. For example, Bali and Thai Silver pieces are handmade and therefore each piece may differ slightly to another
If you require specific information about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help you.
If you are unhappy with the quality of your product, please contact us within 7 days of your receiving the parcel. All returns are considered individually however no returns are considered or accepted 14 days from shipping date. Postage costs cannot be refunded and no money will be refunded until items have been received.
Please note: no exchange on ear hooks due to health regulations. To be considered for return, all products need to be unopened and in original packaging.
